It appears that Time Warner is starting to charge for internet usage a different way, by charging per Gigabyte. Great, just what the economy needs right now. Charging per Gig will change how people use the internet (so good-by Netflix, Apple TV, and all of the great content rich websites that make the internet 2.0 worth while).

Time Warner may have gotten scared-off, they have backed away from using caps. Too much attention is being made and they do not want to get any government attention (being that they are quasi monopoly in many areas).
